Payment
Kræss accepts payments with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB, Paypal and Paypal.
All amounts are stated in € (EURO), DKK or your local currency if it is available and include any VAT.
Kræss uses an approved payment server (Woocommerce Payments/Stripe) that encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your data cannot be read.
When you place an order, we reserve the amount. The amount is only debited when the order is shipped.
When you complete a purchase in Kræss, your email address is registered for our newsletter. We send one to two relevant newsletters per month and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Shipping
We deliver with GLS to parcel shops or private addresses.
The shipping price starts at €4, but can vary depending on weight and size.
Kræss uses GLS as a delivery service for products purchased in the webshop. Delivery times in Denmark are generally 2-5, but longer delivery times may occur.
It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed of the shipping company’s policies and how and when the package must be picked up or received (no parcel shop or private address). You will receive an email and SMS when the package can be picked up or delivered (track & trace). It is not Kræss’s responsibility to keep the recipient informed of the delivery of the package if the email address and/or phone number was not entered correctly when purchasing in our webshop. Therefore, always remember to check the accuracy of your information when shopping.
If you have not received an SMS or email from the shipping company no later than 36 hours after completing the purchase in our webshop, please contact us at customerservice@kraess.dk
If you do not pick up the package at the parcel shop or are not at home to receive the package, the package will be returned to the Kræss store at Blågårdsgade 17 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The recipient will receive an email from Kræss when the package is returned to the Kræss store. The package can then be reshipped. The price for return shipping will be stated in the email and depends on the weight of the package and the product category.
If you want to send the package to an address other than your own, it is your responsibility to enter all information correctly.
Taxes and Customs
If you wish to have your order shipped to a country outside the EU, you may be charged customs duties/VAT.
Kræss is located in Denmark, and all international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place).
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Whether customs duties are applied and the amount depends on the destination country’s regulations and the type of goods. Generally, higher-value items are more likely to incur customs duties.
The destination country will typically apply its own VAT or a similar consumption tax to the imported goods. This is usually calculated based on the total value of the goods, including shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
You should be aware that you are responsible for paying customs duties, VAT, and handling fees upon receiving your order.
These fees are separate from the purchase price and shipping costs paid to Kræss.
It is crucial that you check your country’s customs regulations to understand the potential costs involved.
If you do not pay the customs duties for the release of the package at customs, the package will be returned to Kræss, and we will not refund your purchase.
For shipments to the United Kingdom (UK), the minimum order amount in the cart must be at least 1250 DKK.
Pick up in Store (Click & Collect)
You can choose to pick up your order in our Store. It is free to pick up your package in our store at Blågårdsgade 17, 2200 KBH N.
You have 30 days to collect your package. If you cannot pick up the package in Kræss within 30 days, please send us an email to customerservice@kraess.store
We only deduct the amount for an order when the package has been picked up in our store or automatically after 14 days from placing the order at the earliest.
Reservation for out-of-stock items
We reserve the right to out-of-stock items.
If you complete a purchase in our webshop and we find that the product is out of stock anyway, we will refund you the amount. Kræss cannot be held responsible for re-acquiring the product so that the order can be completed at a later date.
Right of complaint
According to the Purchase Act, there is a 2-year right of complaint. Our right of complaint applies to material and/or manufacturing defects.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
30-day right of withdrawal when purchasing
The cancellation must be reported to us no later than 30 days after purchase and from the cancellation. You can only return goods that do not show visible signs of use, have been used or have damage that means they are no longer saleable.
If the item has been tried on beyond those described above, we will consider it used, i.e. if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or no purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
How to return
You can always return your product in the Kræss Store in Copenhagen within our opening hours or with shipping.
Returns and Return Shipping Costs
If you wish to return your order with shipping, we can provide you with a GLS Return Label if you live in one of the following countries: Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Poland, or Norway.
Please send an email to: customerservice@kraess.store with your order number and tell us that you would like to return the order. The return label will then be sent to your email. You will need to print it and attach it securely to the return parcel. The parcel must then be handed in at a GLS Parcel Shop.
The cost for the return label is the same as the original shipping cost.
If you live outside the countries listed above, we are unfortunately unable to provide a return label, and you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.

Special note for returns from Denmark:
If you received free shipping to a Parcel Shop (i.e., you did not pay for shipping with your original order), the return cost is 39 DKK.
Important:
Always return your order in the original packaging and shipping boxes to ensure safe transport.
When your product has been returned and we have received it in Kræss, we return your money to your bank account the same day (it may take a few days before you can see the amount in your bank account). However, it is required that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, and that it has not been damaged during, for example, shipping due to defective packaging (see next point).
The condition of the item when you return it after purchasing online
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods that is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you had tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part of the purchase amount or none at all, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To get the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you would do in a physical store. You can test the product, but not actually use it.
